Soul Writing Retreats are in idyllic locations around the world chosen for their peaceful natural setting and the philosophy of the retreat.
Soul Writing workshops can be any size. Typically we work in groups of 3 – 20 people. Using simple breathing techniques, Soul Writers are guided into meditation. From the stillness it is easier to access the intuition and the imagination, both of which we require to write.
Soul Writers learn how to listen and trust the intuition’s quiet guidance and to allow the imagination the freedom to play and create without judgement. We share our work and learn how to give and receive constructive feedback to improve our skills and feed our stories.

Do you feel the call to write? Do you sense something deep within you wants to awaken, a healing impulse for wholeness, a call for liberation, a whisper to open the gift within you, and see what’s inside?

We’ve got some new exciting additions in 2018
Here’s what was said about the 2017 Soul Bliss Retreat:
“The retreat was a beautiful gift coming from a really beautiful person. I gained so much more than I thought I could and this experience with Sarah (and Tania, Museflower Spa founder) has ushered in a new way of thinking of what I can accomplish and how to tap into my soul to achieve it. Thank you Sarah and Tania! I am forever grateful to have shared this experience with you both!”
